Kids & Teens Sports

Sports Programs built for Kids and Teens

Sports classes provide a fun environment while developing athletic skills. Students will experience teamwork and other competences while benefiting from the physical health benefits of sports, increasing their chances to become active athletes in disciplines such as karate, soccer, swimming or tennis.

Real Instructors,
Real Progress

Trained coaches guide kids from beginner to intermediate with structured drills, not just free play.

More Than a Game

Every class builds teamwork, focus, and confidence alongside athletic skill and habits that carry off the court.

A Setting Parents Trust

Aquatics runs in a supervised campus pool with water safety front and center; martial arts is grounded in respect and structure.

Grows With Your Child

Programs span ages 5-17, so the same trusted MDC campus can carry your child from early elementary through the teen years.
