Judo Program - Ages 5 to 7
- Our Judo for Kids program is specially designed for children aged 5-7, offering a fun and dynamic environment to develop essential physical and mental skills. Through age-appropriate games and exercises, children learn the fundamentals of judo while cultivating important values like teamwork, discipline, respect, and self-control. Students also learn to fall safely, follow instructions, and focus, developing patience, perseverance, and the ability to face challenges. In addition, judo helps improve flexibility, physical endurance, self-esteem, and social skills, fostering values that extend beyond the mat.
