We're Cooking International! with the Miami Culinary Institute
- One-week teen culinary camp where you'll embark on a global culinary journey, exploring dishes from different countries and cultures. Each day, you'll learn to cook authentic recipes from around the world, applying proper measurement and timing, proper knife skills and cooking techniques. By the end of the camp, you'll have a rich understanding of international cuisines and the skills to recreate these delicious dishes at home.
