Judo Program - Ages 8 to 11
- Our Judo program is specially designed for children aged 8-11, focusing on developing coordination, balance, strength, and confidence. Through age-appropriate games and exercises, children learn the fundamentals of Judo while practicing essential life skills such as teamwork, discipline, respect, and self-control. Students also learn to fall safely, follow instructions, and focus, developing patience, perseverance, and the ability to face challenges.
