Archive landing?

Archiving sets meta_info.internal_status to archived in the YAML and pushes a GitHub commit. YAML, HTML, and CSS files stay in the repository. The landing disappears from the default YML list (only draft and ready are shown by default). Build and CI are not gated on internal_status today — archived landings may still build if HTML exists.
